Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground round
- 2 potatoes diced
- 2 onions diced
- 1 lb. mini carrots
- (other fresh vegetables of choice such as green beans, zucchini, corn etc…)
- 1 packet dry onion/mushroom soup mix
- 4 sheets of aluminum foil
- cooking spray
Instructions
Mix burger with dry soup mix and set aside. Spray each foil with cooking spray, Divide burger into four equal portions and crumble on foil. Add remaining vegetables. Foiled and roll sides of individual foil packets together. Roll shut ends and place on hot grate over fire. Cook for 30-40 minutes, flipping packets every 10 minutes. Let rest 5-10 minutes, they are very hot.
