Ingredients
- blue berries (dehydrated or fresh)
- water
- plain oatmeal
Instructions
Boil 1 cup of water in sauce pan or equivalent. Then add to a mug and add 1/3 cup of blue berries and 2 cups of oatmeal. Stir for 2 min. then let cool for 2 min. Pour excess water out of mug and enjoy.
