Serves: any
Prep Time: 1-30m
Difficulty: average
Backpacking: No

Ingredients

  • 2 packages of beef Kielbasa
  • 2-3 yellow onions
  • 1 garlic bulb
  • 1 bag baby carrots
  • 8-10 large potatoes
  • butter

Instructions

Place 2 pieces of foil for each pack crossways so there isn't any chance it could tear (these can get heavy).

Chop up potatoes, onions and throw your carrots and sliced up kielbasa in there with a garlic clove or 2; add a large pat of butter. The above ingredients usually make 4-6 packs.

Tightly wrap up your foil packs and place them in the coals turning them after 15 minutes or so. Keep in mind the smaller you cut the potatoes the faster they will cook. It usually takes around 30 mins. Be careful when you open them because they are piping hot!!!!
