Ingredients
- 1/2 pound bacon
- 6 eggs
- 4 slices of bread
- 1 tbs butter or margarine
Instructions
Cut the bacon into pieces about 1-2 inches long. Put into a good heavy skillet over an open fire. Brown the bacon but do not fully cook. Move the bacon to the side of skillet and add the 6 eggs. Cook slowly and as the eggs cook scramble them with the bacon. Once the eggs are cooked thoroughly, remove them. Place the bread with a thin spreading of the butter in the skillet to brown (toast).
