Ingredients
- Hot Dog Buns – Sesame Seed Prefered
- Sausage Link – Johnsonville Prefered
- 1/3 Cup Ketchup
- 1/3 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 Tbls Paprika
- Sauerkraut, Pre-Made in Cold Pickle Section of Store
- Kosher Dill Pickle Spear or Slices
Instructions
Condiment topping can be prepared prior to leaving to camp:
* Mix the Ketchup, Sour Cream and Paprika and chill until ready to eat
* Grill Sausage Link over fire using camping skewers or a sturdy stick whiddeled clean with knife
* Place cooked hot dog into a warm, soft bun
* Add prepared Ketchup/Sour Cream/Paprika condiment to the top of the hot dog
* Add pickle and Sauerkraut
