Ingredients

  • 2-3 eggs
  • salt & pepper
  • Ham or cooked bacon
  • red & green peppers
  • onions
  • mushrooms
  • cheddar cheese
  • quart zip-lock bag
  • Pan of boiling water

Instructions

Put eggs in bag, let out air and zip bag.

Let the kids squeeze and roll bag till eggs are mixed well.

Open bag and add rest of ingred. Mix together.

Put in a pan of boiling water till done.

Doesn't take very long.
