Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 3 packages lime chili shrimp ramen noodles
- 2 key limes
- 4 rounded tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes
- 2 3.5 oz. foil packages shrimp
- 1 fresh jalapeno, seeded and sliced
Instructions
Bring water to a boil. Add 2 of the ramen soup seasoning pouches to the water (discard the 3rd). Cut the limes and squeeze juice into the water. Add noodles, shrimp, and coconut flakes, and simmer for 5 minutes. Add jalapeno slices and serve.
Note: If you can't find lime chili shrimp ramen soup, use shrimp ramen. Add the juice of an additional key lime and add 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper.
