Original Date: 2004-06-10
Serves: 3-4
Prep Time: 1-30m
Difficulty: easy
Backpacking: No

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (or more if you have a big group)
  • taco seasoning
  • mini bags of dorito chips
  • taco extras: cheese, tomatoes

Instructions

Brown your meat in a frying pan. Drain and add 1/2 cup water and taco seasoning. Let simmer for 10-15 minutes. When meat is finished open bags of doritos (option: crush up chips in bag before opening) and pour the meat into the bag. Add extras as you please. Eat with a fork straight from the bag. Saves you a TON of clean up.
