Ingredients

  • English Muffins
  • Canadian Bacon
  • Cheese
  • Nonstick Spray

Instructions

Toast some English muffins. Add a slice of Canadian bacon, and a slice of cheese. Spray some tin foil with nonstick spray and wrap the sami's. Throw them in the fire for 5 min. or so, until the cheese melts. A nice warm snack.
