Serves: 1-2
Prep Time: 1-30m
Difficulty: easy
Backpacking: No
Ingredients
- 2 Hamburger patties
- 6 eggs
- salt and pepper to taste
- Shredded or sliced cheese
Instructions
Cook the hamburger patties. Take them out of the pan (I usually take along an old foil pie plate for this) and set aside. Scramble and cook eggs in the hamburger grease. Cut up the hamburgers into bite sized pieces while the eggs cook. After the eggs are done, remove from heat. Add hamburger pieces and cheese and let set a minute or so until the cheese is melted. Salt and pepper to taste. This amount feeds 2 adults. We usually have toast with it.
