Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 1/2 med. onion
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1-2 Tbsp. olive oil
- Spike spice
- salt & pepper
Instructions
Slice up potatoes, carrots and onions thinly and place in bowl. Add minced garlic, oil and spices. Stir well. Rip off two or three sheets of heavy tin foil about 18 inches long, pour potatoes onto foil and fold into a packet. Bake over coals flipping once about 20 min. each side. Enjoy!
