Trail Fuel Matcha Coconut Latte

4

There’s a certain calm that settles in when the stove stays packed away and breakfast still feels intentional. The Trail Fuel Matcha Coconut Latte is my go-to when I want something warm-weather friendly, energizing, and a little creamy before the miles start—or when the van door is slid open to a cool morning breeze and you’ve got time for a slow sip.

This is a no-cook, quick-blend drink built on coconut milk and matcha powder: grassy-green tea notes, a gentle bitterness, and that silky richness coconut brings without weighing down your pack. Matcha has a way of delivering steady focus, and when it’s whisked or shaken well, the texture turns frothy and café-like even at a trailhead picnic table.

Practical bonus: it’s minimal-ingredient and easy to tidy up. A small jar with a tight lid, a shaker bottle, or a travel blender does the job—mix, sip, and you’re moving. Pack it for backpacking days, post-hike afternoons, or those in-between moments when a simple vegan latte makes camp feel a little more dialed in.
