Ingredients
- Chicken Breasts
- Italian dressing
Instructions
Cut chicken breasts in half-you'll laugh, but I use kitchen scissors. Place chicken in a heavy duty Ziploc bag. Pour in enough Italian dressing to coat chicken. Close Ziploc bag with as little air as possible left inside the bag. Roll the chicken around in the bag to coat it with dressing. Marinate for at least 2 hours and for up to 2 days. May place in foil or directly on grill, cook 'til done. Take care that chicken placed directly on grill is turned frequently to prevent burning. I personally recommend to let the chicken marinate for at least 1 day, so it retains more of the marinade.
