Ingredients

  • 1 Packet of Pita Bread (6)
  • 1 bag of Pink Salmon (available in the grocery store with the tuna)
  • 1 small block of pepper jack cheese
  • 1 lime
  • splash of olive oil

Instructions

Stuff Pita's with cheese and salmon being careful not to add too much as they will split and the cheese will run out.

Heat pan with a little oil

Add stuffed pita to pan

While cooking squeeze some lime juice over the pita and also inside of the pita (the more, the merrier!)

When cheese has melted, you are ready to eat!
