Ingredients
- 1 pkg. refrigerator biscuits (like Pillsbury)butter
- Pie filling (like Thank You brand)Canned pudding
Instructions
Using a clean broom handle (unpainted) or rounded dowel rod about the same diameter as a broom handle, butter the rounded end. Lay one biscuit over end and work down about three to four inches so that is covers the end of the handle.Slowly roast over hot coals, turning stick. Be careful to keep stick level and not pointed down into the coals, the end will burn.When the biscuit dough is lightly browned, give it a little twist. It's done if it slides off the stick easily.Fill with pie filling, pudding, the possiblities are endlss.
