Original Date: 2009-05-17
Serves: any
Prep Time: 1-30m
Difficulty: easy
Backpacking: Yes

Ingredients

  • Flour Tortillas
  • Cinnamon
  • Thinly sliced fruit (such as bananas, strawberries, cherries)
  • Chocolate chips
  • Margarine or butter

Instructions

Sprinkle one side of tortilla with cinnamon. On one half of the tortilla, place thinly sliced fruit of your choice. (My favorite is a combination of bananas and strawberries). Add a handful of chocolate chips. Fold tortilla in half. Add a little margarine to both sides of tortilla and put on either a medium hot grill or skillet. Toast both sides until the chocolate is melted and the tortilla is lightly browned. Eat as is, or top with whipped cream or ice cream.
