Ingredients
- 1 doz. eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2-3/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur
- 2 T sugar
- Butter for griddle/pan
- Sliced bread (preferably slightly stale)
Instructions
Combine first four ingredients and beat until foamy. You can add more milk or more Baileys to your taste. Soak slices of bread and fry til golden brown on a greased griddle. Serves whoever shows up (usually about 10 people per loaf of bread). Great with maple syrup or just with butter.
