Serves: any
Prep Time: 1-30m
Difficulty: easy
Backpacking: No
Ingredients
- Fresh corn on the cob
- More fresh corn on the cob
Instructions
You will need to be camping near a source of water for this. Soak the corn for 15 min. or so. I usually keep it in the bag from the grocery store and weight it down with some rocks. I also do this in the sink at home but I use the dish rack to hold them down not rocks! Take them out of the bag and throw them right onto the coals. Or at home on the top rack of your grill. Let them sit for 30 min turn if you want but you don't have to. I find that the corn is so sweet this way that I don't even use salt or butter on them and I am a certified salt o'holic. enjoy.
