Ingredients
- 1 can new potatoes
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Tbsp garlic
- Tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp pepper
- (or use any of your favorite seasonings)
- 1 large ziploc bag
Instructions
Add canned new potatoes, olive oil & seasonings to ziploc bag.
Marinade for 30 minutes.
On grill: skewer 3-4 potatoes at a time using 2 wooden skewers (for easy flipping on grill). Turn until browned.
On campfire: use long metal skewer. Hold potato over hot coals until toasted.
