Ingredients

  • Two Cleaned Trouts w/ head removed
  • Sliced lemon
  • Red Pepper
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic Powder
  • Butter
  • Tin Foil

Instructions

Prepare Lemon and Red Pepper at home. Any extra lemon can be used for lemon water. Salt, Pepper and Garlic the outside of fish. Stuff trout with lemon and bell peppers. Add a teaspoon of butter on top and wrap loosely with tinfoil and place next to fire or on rack. Cook till flaky approx 10-15min.
