Ingredients

  • Potatoes (1 per person)
  • Onions
  • Margarine
  • Garlic Salt

Instructions

Scrub potatoes and slice fairly thin. On two sheets of foil layer the potato slices on the bottom, then place onion slices on top of potatoes. Put slices of margarine on top of onions. (We like lots!) Sprinkle with garlic salt. You can cook over hot coals, grill or bake in an oven for about 45 minutes at 350. Potatoes are done when they are tender**We have "overcooked" the potatoes and the potatoes at the bottom get crunchy and are absolutely wonderful!!
