Ingredients

  • 1 cup dried pasta
  • 1/2 cup cooked ham, diced
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper.
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese

Instructions

1. cook pasta in 2 quarts of salted water for about 10 minutes.

2. while pasta is cooking, add mustard, honey, vinegar, olive oil, pepper, and garlic to the serving dish.

3. add hot drained cooked pasta, ham, and tomatoes to the dish and toss until coated with the dressing.

4. top with cheese
