Ingredients

  • 1 Cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 Cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 Cup White vinegar
  • 1/2 Cup pineapple or sunny D juice
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 Tablespoon garlic powder (use to your own taste)
  • Marinade roast at least 2 hours, preferably overnite. Use any size roast.

Instructions

Sear the roast 1 minute on each side.

Bank your coals on each side of grill. Put Cover on grill. Leave vents open. Cook for 30 to 40 minutes for med. rare. (15 to 20 minutes per side.) Baste often with marinade.

For Gas Grill:

15 minutes each side for med. rare.
