Ingredients
- 3 lbs hamburger
- 5-6 potatoes small chunks
- 4 carrots, small chunks
- 1-2 onions chopped
- 2 cans corn, drained
- 2 cans green beans, drained
- 2 sticks butter or margarine
- seasonings
Instructions
In bottom of dutch oven break up hamburger, layer potatoes, carrots, corn and green beans. Cut butter and place over the top. Season and Cover pan with aluminum foil, can place in fire or on rack. Let cook for 15 minutes, stir occasionally, keep covered until potatoes and carrots are soft.
