Ingredients

  • 2-4 potatos
  • 2 Tb butter
  • 10-15 grasshoppers
  • salt& pepper

Instructions

Melt butter in large frying pan. Then slice potatos 1/8 thick and add to pan. Then add grasshoppers with head and wings removed. Fry on low heat until potato is golden brown and soft in the middle. season with salt and pepper to taste
