Serves: 3-4
Prep Time: 1-30m
Difficulty: easy
Backpacking: No
Ingredients
- 1 package Mac & cheese
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes, drained
- Add ins:
- chicken chunks or ground beef
- chopped onions
Instructions
Prepare mac & cheese according to package directions. Stir in tomatoes.
This can be a side dish or, with the meat, a main course .
If you use canned chicken, this is a meal that requires no refrigerated ingredients, saving cooler space. If you use the mac & cheese with a sauce packet rather than a powder you don't need milk either (plus it tastes better!)
