Mountain Pie Venison

Backpacking: No Effort: easy Serves: any Prep time: 1-30m
 
Ingredients:
  • Venison-cubed
  • Garlic-chopped
  • Red Hot sauce (optional)
  • Onion-copped
  • Bell pepper-chopped
 
How to Prepare:
Combine all ingredients in Mountain Pie maker and place in coals. Leave for 5-7 minutes (medium) or until desired doneness of venison. Serve w/hot sauce if desired.
