Slice the venison into small strips, then using a tenderizing hammer, pound the meat fairly thin (this can be done before you go camping). Then place a small amount of cream cheese and a jalapeno on the end of the venison. Roll it up and wrap it in bacon (1/2 piece or whole piece) and put a toothpick through it.
