Ingredients
- 5 cucumbers
- 1 onion (of choice)
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of apple cider vinegar
- salt/pepper to taste
- pinch of hot sauce (or more!)
Instructions
Trim cucumbers and onion…slice as thin as possible. Place in mixing bowl all ingredients, cover, and let sit for a few hours in the fridge (or stream). The longer they sit the better the recipe!
