Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 2 tbs. olive oil
  • Your favorite seasoning
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

Wash whole potatoes, leaving skin on. Cut length-wise into 1/4 inch slices. Brush with oil, both sides. Season to taste and grill 4 minutes on each side. Taa Daa!! delicious
