Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken cut up
- 4 potatos cubed
- 2-3 carrots cut up
- 1 mdeium onion quartered
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 can beer
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
brown chicken in hot oil, add veggies, garlic ,and salt and pepper, and half the beer. cover and cook for about 45 minutes. add soup and rest of the beer and cook for about 15 more minutes. I use about 8 to 10 coal top and bottem
