Ingredients

  • 1 banana per person
  • mini marshmellows
  • chocolate chips

Instructions

Slice open banana down the middle. Stem up laying flat towards you (do not slice in half completely) spread it open; it should look like a canoe. Stuff with marshmellows and chocolate chips. Place on coals allowing marshmellows and chocolate to melt. Then remove from coals. Place on plate to cool and eat warm.

If prefered you may wrap aluminum at bottom part of boat. Do not wrap completely.

The kids love to make and eat this treat.
