Original Date: 2007-06-17
Serves: 3-4
Prep Time: 1-30m
Difficulty: easy
Backpacking: No

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1 small box instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs (or 1 graham cracker sheet per person, crushed in a ziploc bag.)
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

Slice 1 banana per person in individual bowls. Put milk, cream, and pudding mix in a clean, empty 20 oz soda bottle or similar sized container that will not leak. Shake pudding until thick and most of the lumps are either gone or very small (about 3-5 minutes — great activity for kids!) Scoop pudding over the bananas (if using soda bottle, you can cut the top off of the bottle to make this easier.) Sprinkle each serving with 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs.
