Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lbs. Hamburger, shaped into patties.
  • 4 small onions, sliced.
  • 5 potatoes, sliced thin.
  • 10 pieces of Aluminum Foil
  • You can add a can of drained corn or vegetables you like.

Instructions

Method: IN FOIL – IN HOT COALS or in oven.

Place 1 hamburger patty to each square of foil.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Layer; onion, potatoes and corn on top of each patty.

Wrap the package tightly.

Cook:

ON hot coals for 8 to 10 minutes per side.

OR

IN hot coals for 20 minutes.

* Can mark each campers foil dinner with nail polish or marking pen.
