Ingredients
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 onions
- 1 pack of sausage
- 3 eggs
- small amount of water
- 5-6 tortillas
- optional salsa and cheese
Instructions
Cut up the onions and peppers and saute in pan. Then when done, put contents into a pot and set near fire to stay warm.
Cook the sausage in the water so the sausage does not burn but save grease and fat. Cut up the sausages and put them in the pot.
Scramble the eggs in the sausage fat and stick in pot.
You can heat up the tortillas in the pan .
The ingredients from pot are the contents that go inside the burrito. Cheese and salsa can go in too if you want.
