Ingredients

  • 1 can of chicken breast of tuna
  • 1 can pinto or kidney beans
  • 1 can of sliced mushrooms
  • 1 bag of boil in a bag brown rice

Instructions

Drain all of the liquid from the meat and the vegetables. Cook your rice fully and add the meat and vegetables. Add spices (I like season salt and chili powder) and cook until warm.
