Ingredients

  • strips of venison, preferably loin
  • can of beer, preferably Budweiser or High Life

Instructions

Pour beer in a shallow pan and add strips of venison. Cover, then cook over flame until beer boils. Flip as needed, it's done when the meat is browned with only a slight pink hue running in the middle. Alcohol will evaporate, so be sure to add more beer as you cook.
