Ingredients

  • 4-6 lrg boneless/skinless chicken breast
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 small bag red skinned potatoes "or"
  • 1 small bag small white potatoes
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

Place the chicken pieces in a crock pot and pour the soup over top. Do not add water to the soup. Add the potatoes on top and around the chicken. Salt and pepper. Cover and set on high. Cook for 7 – 8 hours; stir occasionally.
