Ingredients

  • Citrus fruit juice (fresh or from concentrate)
  • Soy milk (I use vanilla flavor)

Instructions

Simple mix equal parts fruit juice and soy milk. The acid in the fruit juice denatures the soy protein which will thicken the drink (tastes like the real thing).
