Ingredients
- 2kg Minced Beef
- 2 Onions, Chopped
- 3 Potatoes, Chopped
- 2 Kumara's, Chopped
- 3 Carrots, Chopped
- 2 Parsnips, Chopped
- 1/2 Pumpkin, Chopped
- 1/4 cup Peas (dried)
- Brocolli & Cauli, Chopped
- 1Tbsp Marmite
- 1 tin Tomatoes
- 1 tin Baked Beans
- 1 pkt Gravy Mix
- Water & cornflour to thicken
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
In campoven, cook onions first until clear. Add mince and cook through until brown, stiring constantly. Add all chopped veges, tins of tomatoes & baked beans and gravy mix, then lastly add water & cornflour mixed to a paste to thicken. Cook over a medium fire in campoven (with lid on) for about 1/2 hour.
