Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 oniion, diced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 2 cans baked beans
- 1/3 cup barbeque sauce
- teaspoon or more of worshire sauce
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
- season to taste
- corn muffin mix
- (ingredients to make mix I use powdered milk instead of milk)
Instructions
Mix ground beef, onion, green pepper and w-sauce together and brown. (I do this at home put in a baggie freeze it and take it to camp).
Mix all other ingredients except corn muffin mix.
Throw in dutch oven. Mix corn muffin mix, pour over top.
Put on coals, put coals on top, bake at least 45 minutes but I have left way longer and it is still great!
