- Aluminumm Foil1Lb HaddockTbl Spoon butterlemon juice1 tomatoe1 onionmozzeralla cheeses

Instructions
Place haddock in foil.Dice onion and tomatoe and place over fish.Melt butter and ad 1 cap full of lemon juice.Pour butter and jemon juice over fish.AD the cheese seal foil and cook on grill or camp fire for about 10-15 minutes.Fish should be tender and flacky when done
