Ingredients

  • Eggs
  • Bagel
  • Cinnamon
  • Vanilla Extract
  • oil or butter

Instructions

In a bowl mix up about six eggs, add a dash of cinnamon and a splash of vanilla extract. Beat well with a fork. Cut you bagels in half, (4 or 5 of them) and dip them in the bowl of eggs, open end down. Throw them in a fry pan that has some oil or butter in it, egg side down. Flip once to warm other side. Eat just like that or add syrup
