Ingredients
- 1 dozen eggs
- 1 can whole potatoes, chopped
- 1 lb. bacon, cut into 1" pieces
- 1 med. onion, chopped
- 2 c. grated Velveeta cheese
Instructions
1. Cook bacon in a large skillet.
2. Add onion. Brown & Drain.
3. Add potatoes & eggs, scramble until firm.
4. Add cheese and heat until cheese starts to melt.
