Ingredients

  • one egg
  • pepper
  • onion
  • cheese
  • ham
  • tomato
  • hot sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • pot with boiling water
  • Glad Freezer Bag/Zip Lock Plastic Bag
  • anything else you put in an omlete

Instructions

First, simmer the water. After, chop the pepper, onion, and tomato, and put them into the plastic bag. Then add the egg, cheese, and ham into the bag. Finally, put the bag into the simmering water and wait 4-8 minutes for the egg to cook. Lastley, put the hot sauce or/and salt and pepper into the omlete and you have yourself an omlete in a bag!
