Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
- pinch salt
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 cup pumpkin puree (canned pumpkin)
- 1/2 tsp real vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup (dark)
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
Instructions
Combine oats, nuts, salt, and spices. Add pumpkin, maple syrup, vanilla, and cranberries, mixing well.
Spread mixture on prepared baking sheet. Bake at 300 F for 25-40 minutes, stirring every 10 minures, until granola is golden brown.
Store in an airtight container.
