Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 cns orig. ranch beans
- 2 cns ro-tel
- 2 cns beef broth
- 2 cns campbells minestrone soup
Instructions
Brown ground beef in skillet. Then transfer brown beef to a larger pot, add the rest of the ingredients. Cook till warmed.This could be made before the trip just freeze and reheat.
