Ingredients

  • 1 package smoked sausage
  • 1 bottle sweet and sour sauce
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 3-5 jalapeno peppers
  • Hot dog buns
  • foil cake pan
  • aluminum foil

Instructions

Slice smoked sausage into 2 inch pieces. Chop pepper, onions and jalapenos into chunks. Put sausage, peppers and onions into pan. Pour hot sauce and sweet and sour sauce into pan. Stir to coat. Cover with foil and cook over fire for 30 min. Serve on hot dog buns.
