Ingredients

  • 4 pork steaks
  • heavy cooking foil
  • 4 large potatoes (peeled,washed and diced).
  • 1 Tbsp of garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp of seasoned salt (I use McCormic).
  • 1 16 oz. can green beans
  • 1 16 oz can of golden mushroom soup.

Instructions

Cut foil to make a fold up package for the steak. Brown steak in skillet on both sides. Put each steak on foil, add together garlic powder and seasoned salt and sprinkle steak. Divide the potatoes and green beans equally in each of the 4 packages. Add 2 tablespoons of soup to each, fold up tight and put on low fire for 45 min. and serve.
