Ingredients
- 2 tbsp margarine
- 1 med. onion, chopped
- 1/2 med. green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1 tbsp flour
- 2 tsp seasoning salt
- 2 cans chunky tuna
- 1 1/2 cans kernel corn
Instructions
Melt margarine in skillet and lightly fry onion, pepper and celery until tender crisp.
Add flour and blend in.
Add other ingredients and blend through.
Serve with rice and grated Parmesan/Romano cheese.
